Colin B. Adepoju is a visionary Entrepreneur, esteemed Mentor, and inspirational Speaker dedicated to empowering individuals worldwide to achieve their highest potential. Born as a prince in one of the two states in the world that has a naturally suspended lake, Oyo state. Colin’s journey into entrepreneurship began at the age of 16, fueled by a desire to create positive change in the world. The support he got from his family pushed him to start his own business at a young age. These early experiences shaped his understanding of the importance of resilience, determination, and unwavering faith in pursuing one’s dreams.
After obtaining degrees in from the University of Jos and Greenwich University, he embarked on a dynamic career path, with a huge interest in mining. Many would say he follows the footsteps of his maternal family, first his late Uncle, Professor Cornelius Adedapo Kogbe who first authored the geology on Nigeria, had an illustrious academic and professional Geology career in Nigeria and abroad. Secondly, his Aunt Deborah Ajakaiye, the first female professor in Africa who is also a geophysicist that has played an important role in Mining in Nigeria. He has also gained invaluable experience in various industries, including Oil and Gas, Publishing, Mining, Agriculture and Real estate. Along the way, he encountered both triumphs and challenges, each serving as lessons that further fueled his passion for personal and professional growth.

Colin founded Colchard Property and authored 12 P’s of Vision Empowerment with the mission to empower individuals to realise their limitless potential and create lives of purpose, abundance, and fulfillment. By providing actionable strategies, holistic guidance, and unwavering support, I strive to inspire individuals to unlock their innate greatness, achieve their goals, and make a positive impact in the world.
At the heart of Colin’s work is a commitment to authenticity, integrity, and holistic well-being. Drawing upon a unique blend of business acumen, spiritual wisdom, and personal experience, he provides practical strategies and profound insights to help individuals unlock their innate greatness. He believes that with God and the right tools you can find and cultivate your essence in the world.
When he’s not empowering others to reach new heights of success, Colin enjoys volunteering and being involved in humanitarian works. He is also deeply passionate about his philanthropic works helping the younger generation of black people while being a member of the Black African Caribbean committee. He has also been invited to the Buckingham Palace for the honorary 150 years of humanitarian action luncheon, where he amongst others were thanked for their impactful work in the British Red Cross.
